2. Download Limits & Security

To protect the integrity of our digital assets, download links are monitored. We recommend downloading and backing up your files to a secure cloud service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) or an external hard drive immediately upon receipt.

3. Lost or Expired Links

Should you lose access to your files due to a hardware failure or an expired link, please contact us at sethwelchbooking@gmail.com with your original order number. We will verify your purchase and re-issue your access as soon as possible.
